# Slice the washed leaves of the
spinach finely or blend them. Then, scrub it between your palms to lose its fresh color.
# Put the castor
sugar and the margarine, which is softened at room temperature into a deep bowl and mix it.
# Add
spinach, egg,
milk and half of the
flour, vanilla, baking powder and salt into the mixture and start to knead it.
# Add the remaining
flour little by little into the mixture during the kneading, add how much is needed.
# Cover the green dough, which has medium consistency, and rest it for 10 minutes.
# At the end of the resting time, divide the dough into 3 pieces. Roll each of the cookies over the bench by a rolling pin and
flouring them during the kneading into 1/4 inch thickness. Cut them into pieces by a pine tree shaped cookie mould. Collect the remaining dough pieces, roll them out and cut them by the mould again. Repeat the same processes for the remaining 2 dough pieces.
# Place the prepared cookies onto the baking tray, which is greased with some oil, with some spaces between each of them.
# Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 374 F, bake them without losing the color of the cookies. (For about 10-15 minutes)
# Remove the cookies from the oven immediately, after the baking. Serve them cool.
