Instructions:
# Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add granulated sugar in it. Blend or whisk it until the sugar dissolves.
# Add the margarine, which is softened at room temperature into the mixture. Mix it until it turns into homogenous.
# Add sifted corn starch, baking powder, vanilla into the mixture. And add sifted flour little by little into the mixture while kneading it.
# Make the dough smooth and reach medium consistency without kneading it too much.
# After kneading the dough for about 10 - 15 minutes, pick lemon sized piece from the dough.
# Divide the remaining big dough piece into 2 pieces. Add cocoa into one of the big pieces and mix it.
# Roll out the lemon sized dough piece into square shape by sprinkling flour all over during the kneading.(Into the size of small baking tray.)
# Divide each of the big dough pieces into 2 pieces, in total 4 pieces. Shape each of the pieces into sticks, each has 20 inches length and 1 inch thickness.
# You will get 2 white and 2 brown sticks by this way, in total 4 sticks.
# Place the white and brown sticks over the rolled out dough piece. Then place the remaining brown stick onto the white stick, and place the remaining white stick onto the white one.
# Roll the dough firmly, when the sticks staying over the dough.
# After shaping as square shaped roll, cut them into slices, each has 1/2 inch thickness, by a sharp knife.
# Place the cookies onto the baking tray with some spaces between them. Place the tray into the oven which is preheated to 392 F.
# Bake the cookies by keeping their white color.
# After resting the cookies for 1 - 2 hours, serve them.


Note: The cocoa added parts of the cookies may be harder, you can use vegetable oil to soften them.
