orange rind, baking powder and add
flour in it little by little while kneading the dough, make the dough have medium-high consistency.
# At the end of the kneading, add the washed and drained raisins into the dough. Spread the raisins into the dough smoothly, and knead it without mashing the raisins.
# Pick
walnut sized pieces from the dough, roll them between your palms, force on them to shape as patty, and place them onto the greased oven tray with some spaces between them.
# Place the tray into the oven which is preheated to 374 F for a long time, and bake them for a short time (About 10 – 15 minutes)
# While the cookies cool down, prepare the sauce. Put the chocolate which is divided into pieces,
milk and margarine into a coffee pot, and place that pot into a bowl which is full of boiling water. Stir the ingredients in the pot until all of them melt.
# Pour the melted sauce all over the cookies. Serve them when the chocolate dries.
