Zerde



Instructions:
# Rest the saffron in the rose water for getting its colour out.
# Cook the washed rice in 3 lt. boiling water for 25 minutes.
# Take the boiled rice in a pot over medium heat, to colourize add turmeric and then add sugar.
# Mix potato starch with some water. Add this watery starch on the mixture with rice slowly. Add the saffron which you rested in rose water.
# To increase its taste, add salt. Put the ZERDE on the bowls.
# Let the bowls stand in fridge to cool down. Garnish with currant and serve.
