Bun With Jam

Instructions:
# Put the yeast and granulated sugar into the warm mil, add some flour on it and knead, add oil and knead for a while, and add the remaining flour.
# After kneading until the dough gets smooth, cover it and rest until it gets double size.
# Cut the rested dough into 18 equal pieces.
# Pick hazelnut sized pieces from each piece.
# Roll the dough out until it gets a little bit smaller than plate, placed the small dough pieces in the middles of the dough pieces which we rolled out and force on them and put a tsp jam on them.
# Place the buns on the greased pan. Let it stand for 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 374 F and cook for 35 minutes.
# After taking from the oven spread the jam’s syrup on it by using a brush.
# Serve cold.

Note: The reason of picking a small piece from the dough pieces before rolling them out is thickening the part which you will put the jam on.
