sugar and 1/6 cup water into a small skillet, and place it over very low heat.
# While cooking the caramel prepare the cake.
# Whisk the eggs with granulated
sugar until it turns to white, add vegetable oil and
yogurt on it, and whisk for a while more.
# Add
flour, baking powder and vanilla on it, after mixing it for a while more, add the diced
apricots in it. Stir the mixture until it spread smoothly to the mixture.
# Grease the cake mould with margarine very well, add 1 pinch granulated
sugar all over. Add
lemon juice drops into the caramelized mixture and pour it into the cake mould. Cut the remaining 10
apricots into 2 pieces, and then place these slices onto the caramel.
# Pour the cake mixture all over the caramel and
apricot slices, and bake it with 347 F for about 34-40 minutes.
# Reverse the cake onto the service plate, after 10 minutes then removing it from the stove.
