# Prepare the syrup at first: Boil the mixture of water and granulated
sugar. Add
lemon juice into the mixture and boil it for 5 more minutes. Then, remove it from the stove and let it cool down.
# Put the
yogurt into a deep bowl, add eggs, castor
sugar and vegetable oil on it. Whisk it by a fork or by a beater, until the mixture smoothens totally. Add the baking powder, which is mixed with some
flour, and add salt into the mixture. Add
flour into the mixture little by little, while kneading it, until the dough stops to sticking to your hands.
# Rest the prepared dough for 10 minutes. Then pick
walnut sized pieces from the dough, roll them and make a hole into the middle of the each ball to shape them as rings.
# Melt the butter, without burning it. Grease the tray with some of this melted butter. Place the prepared rings onto the tray, with some spaces between them. Spread the remaining butter all over.
# Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 392 F. Bake the rings, until they turn into golden yellow.
# Rest the rings for 3 minutes, after removing them from the oven. Then, pour the cold syrup all over. When the dessert soaks the syrup, serve it.
