# Boil the mixture of water and granulated
sugar. When this mixture reaches to low consistency, add
lemon juice in it. Boil it for 1-2 minutes more, and then remove the pot from the stove.
# When the syrup cools down, prepare the mixture of the dessert. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add granulated
sugar on it. Whisk or blend this mixture, until the
sugar dissolves.
# Add vegetable oil, sifted
flour, baking powder and vanilla into the mixture, mix it for a while more.
# Add coconut and thickly pounded
walnut into the mixture, and mix it for a short time.
# Grease a medium size baking tray and pour the mixture in it.
# Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 365 F. Bake it, until its surface turns into red.
# Remove the tray from the oven and rest it for about 5 minutes.
# Pour cold syrup all over and rest it for about 2 hours. Then, slice it into diagonals or squares.
# Sprinkle coconut all over the dessert and serve it.
