# Melt the butter, without burning it, and let it turn into tepid. Put 8 tbsp of melted butter aside to use later.
# Mix the remaining melted butter with kadayif. Pick the kadayif into small pieces to make it mix with the butter well.
# Mix the 8 tbsp melted butter with grape molasses, spread it to the layer of the big baking tray.
# Place half of the kadayif onto the mixture of butter and molasses, by forcing on it to place firmly.
# Sprinkle pounded pistachio all over. Place the remaining kadayif over the pistachio layer firmly by forcing on it.
# Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 356 F. Bake it, until the upper side of the dessert turns into golden yellow. After removing the kadayif from the oven, reverse another tray over the tray of the dessert. And rest the dessert for cooling it down.
# Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. Boil the mixture of
sugar and water, until this mixture reaches to the right consistency, add
lemon juice in it. Then boil the mixture for about 6-7 minutes more. Then remove it from the stove and rest it for 5 minutes.
# Then, pour the syrup all over the cool kadayif. Rest it for 2 hours.
# Slice it into squares. Garnish with pounded pistachio and serve.
