# Firstly, prepare the filling. Mix 3 tsp granulated
sugar with cinnamon and egg white.
# When the flaked pastries, which are removed from the refrigerator, soften, roll them out over
floured bench a little by your fingertips.
# Cut this dough into 4 pieces. (By this way you will get 40 pieces of dough from 10 flaked pastries.)
# Put some filling onto the triangle end of the rolled out square shaped dough piece, and cover the other triangle shaped side over the first one. Close the edges firmly, by forcing on them.
# Place these prepared pieces onto the greased baking tray, with spaces between each of them. Spread yolk all over. Bake them, until they turn into red in the oven, which is preheated to 374 F.
# Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. Boil the mixture of water and
sugar. When it reaches a low consistency, add
lemon juice in it. Boil the mixture for about 5-6 more minutes. Then, remove the pot from the stove.
# Rest the easy nemse baklava for 5 minutes, after removing it from the stove. Then pour tepid syrup all over the baklava.
# When the dessert soaks the syrup and cools down, serve it.
