Golden Balls



Instructions:
# Grate the boiled potatoes into a deep bowl, add grated kasar cheese, flour, salt and black pepper on it.
# Knead this mixture, until it turns into the consistency of gum.
# Pick pieces, each of them is a little bit smaller than walnut, from the mixture of meatballs and roll them as balls.
# Dip the meatballs into the whisked egg at first, then cover them with sesame. Fry them in hot oil, until they turn into golden yellow.
# Serve them hot.


Note: Fatty feta cheese may be used instead of kasar cheese also.
